		<description>A couple of notes:
1. A drainage hole needs to be made, some plants don&#039;t like standing water. However if you fill the base too high I don&#039;t think the siphon action would work due to the soil.
2. Take good notes folks that it seems to be a amaryls, an easter Cactus and a Lily of the nile plant growing there.
3. I believe the base belongs to a toilet that either uses a suspended tank or those flush valve ones. The toilets that have the tank sitting on the base may or maynot be there in the photo.
4. Tires as planters are also a good use of recycling. You can cut them so that the top part has a star shape top. Plus they drain very well.</description>
