Win Detour Festival Tickets Right Here!
This Saturday, October 4th kicks off the Detour Festival downtown. The line-up is great, The Mars Volta, The Submarines, Shiny Toy Guns, Gogol Bordello, and lots of super groovy DJ’s including Adam Freeland and The Bloody Beetroots.
I went to a cool concert downtown last March at City Hall, where this is taking place and it really rocked. But this should be even better… four stages, so there’s something for everyone! Truly Awesome.

The Black Lips of course. Because when you gonna have a though weekeday (which it will be) you gonna need band that doesn’t care what obscenity laws are, thank god you don’t have WAMU account, and will make you feel great that you are alive and jumping to there tunes.
I’m going with Grand Ole Party. I first caught them in Anaheim last year and I’ve been a huge fan ever since. And I want the tickets because there’s nothing like drinking and dancing all night in front of city hall!
My favorite artist is Gogol Bordello because gypsy punks are awesome. Also my girlfriend is infatuated with Eugene Hutz and it would score me some serious points if I took her to the concert.
