		<description>Great post as usual. I had just the opposite thought regarding the times.  The last time the country face such tremendous economic challenges the Times was growing and maintainings its role as the watchdog and communicator.

Flash forward to now and more often than not its about selling ads and putting up content that is biased to support an advertiser or not scare his business off.  I lost faith in the times several years ago as they couldn&#039;t just report the facts on the front page but turned into a giant op-ed page.

Sadly I see the paper in its final states of self destruction while the owner figures out how to make a buck rather than it building itself up and being the pride of local media.</description>
