		<description>Actually it was a JURY that found him not guilty.  One of my hires back in the day when I was a cubedweller was on that jury.  Poor thing.  We talked just a bit after the trial then we had to hide here from the press.  We actually gave her paid leave and let her go to Indiana and hide as the press hounded her so bad.

Her version of the trial.  The jury instructions were very explicit in what they could consider and the defense attorney did what he was supposed to do, raise questions of doubt.  When those were debated into the jury instructions they had to acquit based on what was presented.

Anne swears that she felt he was guilty, as did the other jurors BUT they had to follow the jury instructions and hence the acquittal as prosecution didn&#039;t have the facts to support their allegations.
