I never received a sample ballot or election notification. Nice job, dummies. I'm gonna try to vote if I get out of work in time.

[...] Eminent Domain reform is in the ballot today. It is something I discussed in my “Don’t steal in my name” post on the topic a few months ago. In it I gave the history of eminent domain and local alternatives. Ruth 666 brought up some of the issues in Prop 98 with her post “Nice try, Prop 98“. Two measures on the ballot today were brought up yesterday by Matt telling you to just vote.
Thanks Oren, that's exactly the procedure I used on Super Tuesday and the one I'll use tomorrow too.

Thanks for the reminder. I really came close to forgetting that tomorrow is 2008 election day 2.0 (not to be confused with election day 1.0, back on "Super Tuesday," or election day 3.0 in November). I hope to beat my record for fewest voters in a precinct. I was the 9th and final voter one year. That is: only 9 people turned out to vote in that particular election, at that particular polling place.

Matt,

If you still have the purple envelope they sent you, sign the back and put your completed ballot in it, and you won't have to stand in line at your precinct - you can just walk up to the Ballot Box Clerk and give your ballot to them.

Nathan, I'm a "permanent mail-in" voter as well, which is a really convenient option, except that this is the 2nd time in a row that I neglected to mail in my ballot in advance. However, I can fill out the ballot that is mailed to me, and then drop it off at my local polling place, which I also enjoy, as long as it's not too crowded. I suspect it won't be very crowded there tomorrow.

Yep, in the no and no camp as well. What I do is mail back the request for the ballot and they send it to me so I can vote from home. Easy and on my time.

Although this Novemeber I may stroll down to the local ballot box for the full effect of what I hope to be a historical election.
