Along with our condolences to the man&#039;s family, we would like to apologize to anyone who was immediately inconvenienced during the Fire Department&#039;s brief time at the scene attempting a rescue. Through your efforts and those of the LAFD_ALERT system, we hope that many motorists were able to avoid the backup.
