It Caught My Eye: Talk to the Animals?

If you are going to the Washington Mutual branch on LaBrea and Rosewood (just south of Melrose) and you’re bringing a pet, the pet will probably have to wait outside.

WaMu Door

Exceptions to this rule include:

  • Guide Dogs and Helper Monkeys
  • Animals who, when asked to wait outside, politely but firmly tell you that they’d prefer to come in.

Whatever you do, make sure it’s not this.

What if my dog is blind and I’m the guide? What then?

The BofA has also moved all of its ATMs inside, which I discovered the one time I decided to walk Daisy the Wonderdog there. We had to go through the drive-thru. Next time she’ll be in disguise!

Additionally, I’m confused by the capitalization and the punctuation.

"Ask your pet", that’s crazy. I just TELL my chickens where to wait when I go into a bank, and they better be sitting patiently when I get back!

Silly El Chavo, you know full well that chickens are the ultimate white trash accessory…I had two. Uppity oestentatious trailer trash that I am.

Accessory? Wrong! They are some of the finest pets a person can raise. Just make sure your grandma doesn’t cook them up and feed them to you! http://chanfles.com/blog/?p=286
