Archiving Angeles (AA): The Graf Zeppelin

She was the finest airship ever built. She would circle the globe in 12 days, with a trip from Friedrichshaften, Germany, to Lakehurst, New Jersey. She would make a stop at Mines Field, now known as LAX.
She was the Graf Zeppelin. She arrived in Los Angeles 8 years before the Hindenburg disaster.
The year was 1929.
