Vu Goes Vegan

Local photographer and video producer Vu Bui is embarking on a new project - to go completely vegan for two months. The project, called Vu Goes Vegan, will not be a daily complaint about the difficulties of being vegan but will be an interesting look into the conversion process and hopefully a good balance of the positive aspects, while looking at the difficulties.

Vu, we are on your side here at MBLA, and will be supporting you all the way. We know you are a meat kind of guy who is now locked in a vegan world and we are here for you. Kind readers, please check out his videoblog and let him know your suggestions on recipes and where to go to get the best vegan grub in the area.

Even though I am an omnivore by birth I’ll watch with interest as there are days I do all vegie meals simply because it tastes good.

Going vegan is nothing these days. Especially since you can eat French fries and drink beer as much as you want.

But going on The Cleanse, now THAT takes ballz.
