Indie 103.1, Media Darling

Did anyone else notice that there was a big, long article on local radio phenomenon Indie 103.1 in the March issue of Wired? It came out, like, a month ago so I don’t know how I missed it for so long but it’s a good read. I just got back from Denver where I was having a conversation with a friend in the radio business there and it was interesting to see how aware even people outside of CA are of the station. I, for one, still have a hard time choking down the Clear Channel connection.
